Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click "Sign Up" in the navigation bar, enter your full name, email address, and choose a password. You must confirm you are 18 or older and agree to our Terms and Conditions. Registration takes less than 60 seconds.

Is it free to register?

Yes. Account registration is completely free. You also receive a $10 bonus when you sign up.

Do I need to verify my identity?

Identity verification (KYC) is required for withdrawals over $1,000 AUD and may be requested at any time for security purposes. You will need a valid Australian photo ID (driver's licence or passport). See our AML/KYC Policy for details.

Playing the Lottery

How do I play?

Once registered, navigate to the Live Draw section. Click "Start Demo Draw" to generate your numbers. Each draw produces 5 main numbers plus 1 bonus number. Your ticket with a unique code is automatically saved to "My Tickets" in your Account.

What are the draw times?

Draws are held every Wednesday and Saturday at 8:30 PM AEST. Check the countdown timer on the homepage for the next draw.

How much does a ticket cost?

Tickets start from $5 AUD. Special multi-draw packages and bundles are available for regular players.

Can I choose my own numbers?

Yes. You can select your own 6 numbers or use Quick Pick for randomly generated numbers.

Prizes and Payouts

How do I know if I've won?

Draw results are published immediately on the Platform. If you win, you will receive an email notification and the prize will be credited to your Account balance within 24 hours.

How do I withdraw my winnings?

Go to your Account settings and select "Withdraw". Choose your preferred payment method (bank transfer, PayPal, or POLi). Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.

Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?

Yes. The minimum withdrawal is $10 AUD.

Do I pay tax on winnings?

In Australia, lottery and gambling winnings are generally not subject to income tax for recreational players. However, we recommend consulting a tax professional for your specific circumstances.

Account and Security

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Click "Log In" and then "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email address and we will send you a password reset link.

Is my information secure?

What payment methods do you accept?
